⏸️ A Strategic Narrowing
I am temporarily pausing content to build out a high-stakes financial defense sprint for operators under live payer pressure.
Over the next 90 days, I am concentrating fully on building and deploying a high-stakes financial defense sprint for social care operators facing live payer contract pressure — renewals, procurement reviews, rate negotiations, and ROI challenges.
Because of the operational focus required here, I am temporarily pausing Signals and the paid tiers of this publication.
Here’s what that means:
Paid billing will be paused during this period.
Paid subscribers will retain full access to the entire existing archive, playbooks, premium paywalled content, and resources.
When the paid tier relaunches on 5/28/26, current subscribers will receive complimentary extension time.
When the paid tier returns, it will reflect a more refined, operator-level perspective.
I am not interested in maintaining a paid tier out of momentum.
If it exists, it needs to reflect real leverage.
If you would prefer a prorated refund for the paused period, reply and I’ll handle it directly.
Over the coming weeks, I’ll be opening a limited number of Financial Defense Sprint mandates for operators facing live payer contract renewals, procurement reviews, or rate negotiations.
If you are within a 30-day decision window and meet the exposure criteria, you may reply directly and I’ll share intake details as soon as they are live.
This is not an exploratory discussion. It is a structured qualification process for operators under active financial scrutiny.
Thank you for backing this work early.
Now it’s time to build in real rooms.
